We ship worldwide. We cannot assume any responsibility for fees or taxes that your country may charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After payment is received, orders are shipped within 2 business days, except for pre-orders or custom products. Make sure your address is correct before checking out! Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days for Spain and Portugal, 5 to 12 business days for Europe, and 10 to 21 business days for the rest of the world. We cannot assume any responsibility for fees or taxes that your country may charge.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Make sure your address is correct before checking out! We cannot assume any responsibility if the order is returned to us. If this happens, a new shipment will have to be charged. And if you wish to return it, it will be done by deducting the shipping cost value.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses. If you notice that the order is in poor condition, do not accept it, and contact us. If you accept it, the carrier will not assume responsibility.
