Refund policy
How can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If you change your mind or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item. Unless arrangements are made with us, the customer covers the cost of the return. Note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made products and other items. If you have any questions, please contact us. We do not exchange or accept returns of digital products, personalized products, and 50x70cm posters.
Instructions for returning products
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email or a message with your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of which items you want to return. Send the items for return within 14 days of the notification date. You will be responsible for any damage suffered by the items during the return shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition, and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. If a returned item is shipped internationally, identify it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges.
We are not responsible for any charges imposed on returned packages by Customs. Unless agreed otherwise, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will be deducted the shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, don't worry, it may take a few days to process... If you have waited and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customers[@]catitaillustrations.com.
