We ship worldwide. We cannot assume any responsibility for duties or taxes that your country may charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once payment is received, orders are shipped within 2 business days, except pre-orders, frames (3-5 days) or personalized products. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out! Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days for Spain and Portugal, 5 to 12 business days for Europe and 10 to 21 business days for the rest of the world. We cannot assume any responsibility for duties or taxes that your country may charge.

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out!… We assume no responsibility if the order comes back to us. If this happens, new shipping will have to be charged. And if you wish to return it, it will be made by deducting the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses. If you notice that the order is in poor condition, do not accept it and contact us. If you accept it, the carrier will not assume responsibility.
